It seems to be a growing concern in our group that some of our members are having second thoughts on Glenn Beck. He himself would tell you to go a head and question – in fact, question with boldness!
But, I feel compelled to defend him and remind our group how important he has been to this movement we are all proudly a part of. Where were you a year ago?? We as a group wasn’t even formed yet, President Obama was just sworn in and we all were feeling alone and isolated wonder...

Last evening was a first for North Central Ohio Conservatives when they hosted Tom Ganley, candidate for United States Senate from the Great State of Ohio. As a group organized to educate, I think it provided a wonderful opportunity to ask personal in-depth questions of a man who wants to go to Washington DC.
I am interested in hearing everyone's opinions as to where they believe he fell on the issues. Here are some of my initial thoughts on what I think I heard...

Hello!I'm a member. . I read your posted comment on our sites face book page aboutGlenn Beck. Our Group was founded under his 9/12 project last spring. Our groupis deeply involved with his movement. When he made the comment on the patriot act him ( Like myself and most of America at that point) was tricked by the Bush administration under security pretext under that fact, Glenn as with our group has come to realize allot we believed in the past, has been false...

PATRIOTS ISSUE THE FINAL WARNING:
LISTEN WASHINGTON!
By Greg Evensen - December 24, 2009
From the top of virtually every flag staff in our country flies the emblem of The United States of America. Our national flag is a moving symbol of what we believe the country has stood for since our victory against the British. It has flown as the rallying cry for men and women in combat. It has been seen by some as the single sacred goal for refugees in hostile lands who ...

As I sit here looking out the window at the snow with Fox and Friends on the tv in the background, I can't help but wondering how many of us are taking the time to further our education and to share our knowledge with others? It is easy to get wrapped up in the talking points we hear on Glenn or Rush, but how many of us are taking the next step to investigate further? I am sure most of have heard the saying that goes something like "you need to study ...

When the statement is made that Republicans are a do nothing or an obstructionist group. All i can say is they NEED to be! If it is bad legislation, it should be obstructed! No where in this abomination is there ANYTHING that will reduce the cost of health care! It has No tort reform, no true competition, no application of the most important item to control health care costs, in fact by its current model it kills it. It is called innovation this is the real mean green machine. Take the cat sc...

The substance of the Reid bill is as bad as the process thatproduced it.
by James C. Capretta& Yuval Levin - THE WEEKLYSTANDARD 01/04/2010, Volume 015, Issue 16
In the Democrats' rush to pass some kind of health care legislation before public opposition overwhelms them, tactics have long since overtaken substance. Their...

It seems as though it happened over night. i was going thru life minding my own business as i thought everyone should. Keeping away from controversial subjects like the standard Politics and religion because that was the way I was brought up. At least that is what i thought they meant! It slowly creep-ed in like something out of a Stephen King horror story. it's name was apathy at first glance it doesn't sound like a scary word but be carefull it is THE most destructive word in any lang...

FROM CHILDREN OF LIBERTY IN TOLEDO:
PLEASE MAKE THESE CALLS!
“If you will not fight for the right when you caneasily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will besure and not too costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fightwith all the odds against you and only a small chance of survival. There mayeven be a worse case: you may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better ...

The Truth is that our nation is on the brink of disaster by the hand of a government monarchy, which includes both parties.
TheTruth is that empowering one party over the other, one election cycleafter another, will never usher in real change, and change is needed.
The Truth is that, unlike the days when Christ walked the earth, We The P...

It is happening right now, over by Mansfield. The Black Fork Wind Farm is hood-winking area farmers into signing contracts to put up wind turbines. These 28-page contracts are worded to favor the wind company at every turn, starting with contractual secrecy of its contents. This is bad news for anyone who wishes not to lose money when they sell their now undesirable real-estate. If you stick around, don’t look for any new ‘green’ jobs – unless you like working security...

GLENN BECK: I got a letter from awoman in Arizona . She writes an open letter to our nation's leadership:
"I am a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I nolonger felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issuesimportant to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my viewsor works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no long...

Health Care
How many times in the past have, we as a nation, tried to do "social engineering" for noble reasons and have it turn around and backfire on us as a society? One example is welfare. This is probably one of the worst things we have done to our own society. It has destroyed the inner city and now the Country by destroying The Family. W...

STOP HEALTHCARE BILL
Letter to the Editor
The health care bills in the House and Senate must be stopped. Polls show most Americans do not want a public option of any kind, including the ‘trigger’ option. Healthcare WILL be rationed, benefits will be reduced, premiums will be higher, and everyone will be forced to purchase health care or possibly be fined and/or jailed. Bureaucrats will make decisions on your health care, not you and your doctor, if you can find a docto...

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can't be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won't be done. The Founders' Republic and the larger war for western civilization will be lost.
But I tell you this: We will not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we wil...

It's The Same War, Mr. President!
By Doug Patton
November 9, 2009
The first words out of a person's mouth, especially in a stressful or crisis situation, are often quite telling. Barack Obama, America's first openly Marxist president, is no exception. Even though his handlers had plenty of time to craft a message about the terrorist shootings at Fort Hood, Texas, this president's first reaction was to describe what he sees as the distinction between...
